Returns & Refunds Policy

We strongly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery to ensure everything meets your expectations.

If you identify any faults or defects, please notify us within 30 days of purchase. All return requests must receive formal authorisation from Mining Merch prior to sending goods back. Returns submitted without approval may not be accepted.

To be eligible for credit or replacement, items must be returned to Mining Merch for assessment. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue credit or replacement for goods that cannot be returned.
